First time visitors are pleasantly surprised by the tremendous variety this province has to offer and, more and more people every year are discovering not only the sun soaked beaches and crystal clear water but also the natural beauty of this part of Spain. It is a land of geographic contrasts with long sandy beaches and also small secluded coves, desert areas and fertile expanses with varied vegetation, and high mountains and extensive plains. From the snows of the Sierra Nevada you can drive to the only desert in Europe (Sierra de Alhamilia) in about an hour.
Bird species change with altitude and vegetation. During our Day Tour we will pass through the different habitats as: oak groves, pine groves, rocky mountains, desert gorges, badlands, ramblas or orchards in the typical village of Turrillas.

From 10.00 am to 18.00 pm. Longer hours by arrangement.
Price 2010:
Standard Day Tour: 45 Euro p.p. (minimum 2 persons or price equivalent 90 Euro)
Private tours: Exclusive private tours minimum price of 135 Euro per day by arrangement
Includes:
Free collection from your accommodation near to Almeria City (15km radius), transport, use of telescope
Excluded:
Costs for lunch and drinks. Meal time stop over at a "local" Restaurant.
Tour party:
Minimum 2, maximum 6 fellow travellers. Larger groups by prior arrangement
